Having requested my repeat prescription on line I noticed that the results of a recent blood test were available along with a recommended treatment regimen. I booked an online triage appointment, following no sign of a phone call 30 minutes after the booked time I phone the practice. I explained the situation and was told that I was on the triage list and that the "booking times online are fictitious." I eventually received a call from the triage nurse and explained my requirements in that I would like to discuss things with a doctor. The triage nurse said that it would be a while before I could speak to a doctor, and when asked why that was so the reply was "We are having difficulty with doctors." So I have been fobbed off with a telephone appointment with a practise nurse. I don't know what you have to do to see a doctor face to face, nor do I know, apart from being frustrated, why I am writing this review, as the practice does not appear to provide feedback.
I am not surprised, that at the last CQC visit, the practice received a "Requires Improvement" rating.
