"Disappointing"

About: Amersham Hospital

I came away feeling that they were more interested in conserving their budget than actually treating me. I felt that I was in the way and nobody listened to anything I said. Even the phlebotomist was so offhand that she didn’t affix the plaster properly and as I walked down the corridor I found my hand was wet with blood from my arm. They certainly didn’t live up to your slogan.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for taking the time to leave your comments on this website.

I am sorry to read of your disappointing experience at Amersham hospital, and that you felt ignored rather than valued.

I would be very grateful if you could contact the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) on 01296 316042 to talk about your specific experience.

Kind regards,

Anthony Banton
