Recently attended for covid swab with the help if the staff at the clinic they were able to arrange transport to and from the hospital for me.  The staff were very lovely. So kind in offering me a cup of tea while I waited on the taxi they arranged for me. Being so kind as to listen to me and have a conversation with me while I waited.

I apologise for getting overly emotional during our conversation but you both were amazingly kind and thoughtful. Gordon and Fiona thank you for taking time to help me and give this old bat all the help you did. I feel they went above and beyond.

Thank you very much for taking the time to express your gratitude towards the staff who arranged for your covid swab test as well as your transport to and from University Hospital Hairmyres. I am so pleased to read that you were well treated and that the staff displayed high levels of care and compassion towards you, especially the added bonus of a wee cuppa and chat while you were waiting on your transport! It will be my pleasure to share your lovely post with both Gordon and Fiona, who I know will be delighted to read of your appreciation of a job well done.
