"Slow, not to say no service"

About: Gardenia Practice

My MIL passed away on 1st of april, death sertificate should be ready at 10am i was told by palliative team. Today is 06/04 still not ready. Since we registered in this surgery we are having issues with something. Not happy at all. The stress by loosing loved one is enough. I dont need more stress or fines given because of GP not able to do their job on time

Dear Bibi, I am sorry to hear about your loss. We would like to convey our deepest condolences to everyone concerned. I am unsure of the exact details of the deceased and also without knowing the name of the patient I unable to ascertain the exact cause of the delay. We will always endeavour to ensure that death certificates are completed in a timely way but some times circumstances are beyond our control. If you like to contact us medical secretaries than we will do everything possible to help get the documentation to you.
