I had a boil on my arm. After disinfecting the site the doctor carefully and gently extracted the pus, taking the time needed. He then gave me advice on after care and prescribed a course of antibiotics. I could not ask for better treatment.

Hi what lovely feedback. What you describe is what we would hope would always happen for all patients and so glad things worked smoothly and efficiently for you. It is quite a job managing in general practice with people having many different needs. We don't always get it right and indeed I think might be impossible to get right every time although we would love to and try to, so it is very gratifying to hear when it does. Thank you for taking the time to feed this back. We circulate all feedback to all staff so they will know that things went well. As I've mentioned before in responses to feedback, it is so helpful to staff to hear the good things and gives us all energy to keep on trying.
