"Getting advice"

About: De Parys Medical Centre

Struggling to get advice on behalf of an elderly patient. 3 weeks after contact with GP about medical issue unexpectedly received 2 calls this afternoon unfortunately I missed calls. We all recognise these are difficult times but patient still has a problem not finding thus a substitute for a face to face appointment

Thank you for your feedback, and apologise for the inconvenience caused. We operate a telephone first triage system but patients are invited in for a face to face appointment if the clinician feels it is appropriate. We would be happy to look at what happened on this occasion if you would kindly provide further details.
