"I am nervous of needles"

I attended the odyssey arena to have my vaccine and you have to attend alone, I normally have someone with me when I get a needle so I was very anxious. Everyone was so helpful and friendly and when it was time to get it I mentioned my fear, the gentleman filling my details decided to distracted me by explaining the card as the other gentleman administered the vaccine, he did such a good job I did not even feel it nor notice he was about to do it. Thank you so much 😊
