The Covid Vaccination process is a massive logistical task but the member of staff responsible for co-ordination & liaison has been most helpful, understanding and provided great perseverance in assisting us with a successful outcome that has been a difficult challenge because of personal needs. As a family we are most grateful and appreciative.
