Taken very promptly on arrival by David - procedure explained clearly and made to feel at ease. Ildiko prepared the area and Adrian was also in attendance. All staff very welcoming and efficient.

Thank you for your kind review. We do try to see everyone on time, but it's not always possible. I am glad we got it right for you.

It is great you mentioned the teamwork involved (it was Adrian's first day here), we rely on each other to provide an efficient service.

I hope you didn't feel too uncomfortable after the anaesthetic wore off, and that you are healing well.
