Well done to everyone involved. From the car park attendants, the check in and medical staff. So proud of the NHS. the attention to detail is phenomenal. Even playing music and everyone is friendly and helpful.

You’ve made a surreal situation very relaxed and efficient. This is the NHS at its very best. Hats off to you all. Well done.
