(as a service user),

I have regular visits from a community matron called Kath and she's absolutely brilliant. She's helped and still helps me in so many different ways, from helping me stay out of hospital to supporting me and getting things arranged for me and helping me in so many ways.. Without her I don't know where I would be shes great and I couldn't be without her. Thank you for all you do: )
