Good afternoon

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience of the new Virtual Visiting Service in Southern Health and Social Services Trust. We recognise how difficult it is for families at the minute with the restricted visiting guidelines in place due to Covid 19. This new service has been established to try to support patients and families during this time. Your feedback just lets us see how the important is service was to you and your daughter. I am sure that it was such a special moment when you seen her.

I have personally shared your lovely comments with all the members of the Virtual Visiting Team, including Dominik our Virtual Visiting Officer. They are just delighted with this feedback.
