(as the patient),

Nurses were brilliant.   They put me at ease before during and after the procedure  they made sure I understood what was going to happen and ensured I was comfortable.   Louise performed the colonoscopy with Debbie and Anne also in attendance helping.   Every body helped me cope with procedure.   Thank you.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave the endoscopy team some fantastic feedback. I am glad that the process on the unit was positive and that the nursing team where able to put you at ease and you understood what was happening and that you was comfortable throughout.
