"They have brought me on a long way"

The services here are great however, after doing very little all weekend everybody came in at once on Monday morning and had me doing different things all day.   I wasn’t able to do anything this morning as I was too tired from yesterday. I feel that things should be paced out a bit better so that patients aren’t exhausted from the day before. Everything else is great: the room, the food, the physios, the OTs and the nurses - they can’t do enough for me. They have brought me on a long way from when I came in here.

Hello, my name is Lauren Henry. I am an assistant clinical services manager for Whiteabbey Nightingale.

I am very interested to hear your experience of rehabilitation in Whiteabbey. I am sincerely thankful you shared this with me. This is so important for the team to learn from patient experience and I will share with the entire team. This is very valuable and valid feedback. I am delighted to learn the physios, OTs and nurses have been so attentive.
