"In good hands"

About: Victoria Hospital / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

Yesterday I went through an endoscopy procedure which, having been through before and not having happy memories of it, I was not looking forward to this one. I went there determined to get sedation but after talking to the staff I decided against it. The staff really relaxed me and reassured me. My previous procedure felt like the camera was forced down my throat and was very painful.

Yesterdays was totally different. The consultant Mr Andrew, Staff Nurse Vivian and S/N Julie at the Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy were fantastic and totally relaxed me and the whole procedure was done with minor discomfort. I cant thank them enough.

If you ever have to go to the Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy for that procedure be assured you will be in very good hands.
