(as a service user),

My grandmother was admitted to nine wells hospital and on her last day there before she unfortunately passed away me and my family got to see her to say our last goodbyes nurse Jennifer was a shining light in our darkest moment she is the   epitome of an amazing caring and kind nurse and everything a nurse should be she provided my grandmother and my family with the utmost care and was amazing during my grandmothers   final moments me and my family will be forever greatful to her and will never be able to thank her enough for what she did for us and the kindness she showed
