"Hospital appointment for anaemia"

I went to The Royal Cornwall Hospital, Treliske, Endoscopy unit for a colonoscopy & a camera into my stomach, I was made to feel comfortable & at ease as soon as I arrived. Jason took his time to go through the forms & other information that was required. Then Dr Bebb came that was performing my procedure. I was taken into the procedure room & the two nurses were lovely (sorry, can not remember their names) who were very cheerful and friendly. Procedure was done with the up most respect for me. All done , taken to recovery, the ladies there again were cheerful & caring (again, sorry, can’t remember your names) they went through my results with me, made me a tea plus biscuits, when my lift arrived one of the nurses accompanied me down to the car. 

All this was performed within a couple of hours but the respect & caring of all concerned was brilliant. ❤️
