"Trying everything to solve this"

About: NHS Lanarkshire / Covid 19 Vaccination Programme

(as a parent/guardian),

My Daughter is in an AT RISK category but has not received a letter to go for her vaccination. Despite many Phone Calls .. online form filling ... doing everything we have been told to do .. we are told that we "don't appear to be on the system" etc ... everyone appears to blame someone else but does nothing!

Been patient & waited the days and days for ... if no reply do this & that ... but after weeks now ...still no further forward .. my faith in NHS Scotland & especially NHS Lanarkshire has gone from hero to zero. I also know of others in the same position, so trying everything to solve this ... hence this story.

Please someone help!

I so hope that someone who can advise us ... reads this & replies.

You are an absolute Superstar.

We cannot thank you enough for the speedy & kind way that you "sorted" what has been ongoing for over a month now.

My daughter had her vaccination yesterday morning and we are extremely grateful for all your help
