"Mass vaccination, but I was looked after as an individual"

About: The Ulster Hospital / Vaccination Centre

(as a service user),

All the staff and volunteers were excellent. They were so friendly, courteous and professional! All seamlessly organised.

In such a mass vaccination process I was still looked after as an individual. The volunteer at the reception was so upbeat and cheerful. Just what we all need at the minute.
