For the last six months Holt Medical Practice has been providing end of life care and support for both our parents , Peter and Sheila Harris.
As a family we would like to thank all the staff for the most amazing,compassionate,professional and unfailing care shown to our family.
The support from the practice enabled us to care for them in their own home ensuring both dignified and peaceful deaths. We will be forever grateful that we were able to do this for them.
The reception staff who took our calls , passing on our requests with speed.
The swift response from the GP s.
The pharmacy for dispensing medication at short notice.
All these acts of professionalism made a difficult time easier to manage.
The kindness and understanding shown to our parents and other family members was greatly appreciated and we thank you all most sincerely
