All i can say is it’s gone from bad to worse with this surgery. My wife called as she has just had her vaccine and was concerned with the swelling and pain that had appeared. The receptionist basically told her it could be anything would not give her an appointment or have the nurse call her back. Spoke to the nhs service and are now at a&e for urgent scan completely incompetent and dissatisfied with the service a receptionist is not qualified to make these decisions end of story.
