"My care"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Breathing and lung problems (Respiratory Wards 7a, 7b, 7c & 7d)

(as the patient),

Hi, I was discharged 26/02/21 from QEUH after being in HDU and ward 7 with covid pheumonia, I’m so grateful for the care I received especially from HDU 5, I would like to thank them for everything they did for me, I am so grateful to them for saving my life, if this could be passed to them, I’m also wondering when I should hear from the pulmonary nurses as this was part of my after care plan, if you could help or give me information about this,

Dear Spadm65

Thanks for getting in touch and taking the time to thank the staff. I will be delighted to share your post as it is great when their hard work and dedication has been appreciated by a patient.

If you contact the Pulmonary Rehabilitation on 0141 211 3392 they will be able to give you an update.

Take care and best wishes with your recovery.

Nicole
