"1st Covid Vaccine"

About: The Ulster Hospital / Vaccination Centre

(as the patient),

I'm disabled & parked outside the main doors. Was put straight into a wheelchair by a steward. Pushed right up to the front of the queuing (I was spot on time). Was checked in, wheeled into a curtained cubicle. Everything was explained to me, everyone was incredibly friendly & helpful. Nurses eyes looked so tired: ( despite this, they were all upbeat and exceptionally professional. After my injection (which I didnt feel), I was given the paperwork & my next appointment details & a nurse pushed me right out to my car! I could NOT fault anything. Well done to EVERYONE for EVERYTHING you have done, and are doing. God bless.
