"Crisis Team provided no support"

I was put under this so called crisis team after taking an overdose. You can very rarely get in touch with them. I rang 10 times one day before attempting to harm myself and no one answered. What kind of crisis support is that. They all have am attitude when you speak to them like they look down there nose at you. This is is the worst crisis care team I have ever experienced. I basically just rang up got through to someone to them I was going to overdose that I need support and because I said the word fuck about my problems they hung on me. That is amazing support. Also the lack of communication from them is disgraceful your left a message told tou have an appointment tomorrow then your rang back they leave a message saying they won't see you till Sat.
