"Better on 2nd appointment"

About: North Devon District Hospital / Covid Vaccination Programme

(as a service user),

I had my first jab only 1. 5 days into the vaccination programme, requiring long waits on the phone to book and queues at the vaccination centre.

Today for my second jab, no queue and no phone waits as I received a call offering me the appointment.

Very good service.

Thank you for your comments. The vaccination team changed the booking process based on feedback that they received at the beginning of the vaccination campaign. It is good to hear that you had a much smoother service for your second vaccination and that you were happy with the service.
