About: New Victoria Hospital / Minor injuries unit

(as the patient),

Overwhelmed by how friendly and welcoming staff were! The nurse that welcomed me recognised me straight away from a video consultation I had had the previous day and everyone else I spoke to was lovely and friendly. I was only in there for around an hour including having an xray so I was really impressed by the speed of appointments. No waiting around for hours! Social distancing was great and everything seemed really clean and well maintained.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback in regards to your experience of using the Minor Injuries Unit of the New Victoria Hospital.

I was glad to hear how the staff looked after you when you were in for your appointment and everyone you came across were friendly and approachable.

It was also good to hear you were happy with the waiting time and the social distancing processes we have put in place.

I will be happy to pass on your comments to all the staff involved who I'm sure will be delighted to hear you had such a good experience while under their care.
