In reply to your reply . The service is not the best that can be offered I am a receptionist at barnsley hospital and answer the phone every day to book appointments. And if I thought 1 person had been ringing over 100 times in one day to then be told nothing avaliable. I would be ashamed to do my job . The must be a better way of getting through to see a doctor when needed . And if you see in my previous comment I did ring I heart nearly as many times and to be told exactly the same not avaliable slots . Needs looking into and not just fobbing people off with poor excuses . Dreadful service
