"Getting my first Covid vaccination"

Want to say a special “thank you” to all involved in the set up and delivery of the Covid Vaccines  at South Lake Leisure Centre, Craigavon.

An excellent layout ensured privacy for each patient, plenty of staff were available to direct patients. The whole experience was very reassuring for first time nervous patients. All staff acted most professionally and deserve high recommendation. Sanitation facilities were to a high standard.

Only one minor point - on visiting the toilet facility the only toilet roll available was sitting on top of the cistern. This meant that each patient would handle the toilet roll and leave back for next user - maybe not the most hygienic! A toilet roll holder would afford better cleanliness.

Otherwise I have nothing but praise for staff and overall flow of patients. Thank you!
