"Absolute rubbish"

Told me i can only book an appointments on the day. Apparently they have rules to book appointments on the day which is the rule for nhs according to the lady at reception. so i called the next day waited over an hour on the phone to be told theirs no more appointments for the day and to try again next day at 8. the lady at reception was really rude. i think this needs to be addressed by the CCG.
