"Very professional and understanding "

I had to attend an appointment based at this practice today. I am not registered here for my Primary Care. I was apprehensive due to other circumstances. The receptionist was extremely friendly, very helpful and guided me to the correct area to wait. The staff member I met with was excellent & I very much understand she was using the practice as a base but even so that appointment was one of the best I have had in many years. On leaving I waited to ask the receptionist a question. She was attentive and again helped me with my enquiries. That’s how professional employees should be but unfortunately this type of care is not seen in primary care elsewhere especially when linked to one of the larger groups of practices where patients are seen as a massively difficult inconvenience ! Thanks again to the staff I met today and well done on a clean bright centre for healthcare in this City. Pity there aren’t more available of a similar standard. Thanks again
