About: Russells Hall Hospital

My 14 year old son and I attended A&E last night and were sent straight to the children’s emergency department.

I could not fault anything.

Yes they were busy, all staff were professional, polite and kind from initially arriving until discharge.

They put my son at ease and informed him on everything that happening.

I have nothing but praise for the Dr and Surgeon who attended to my son and assessed his needs.

Especially with this on going situation with covid.

Thank you again.
