About: Hendford Lodge Medical Centre, Yeovil

My actual medical consultation was great but I did feel intimidated going into the surgery as a obviously senior staff member was snapping at another in a nasty way. I don’t wish to see that. She stomped around loudly and aggressively and It gave an impression of unprofessionalism and I felt uncomfortable. This should be done behind closed doors. I had enough to worry about without having unkind staff putting me on edge even more. I thought doctors were about no harm. Yet obviously are happy to dish out emotional hurt to others in public.

Our intention is to ensure that an incident like this does not occur as the ethos within the practice is for all staff to respect each other, regardless of status.
