About: Sunderland Royal Hospital / Older people's healthcare

(as a relative),

An elderly relative was in this ward for quite a while and from our experience we found some of the nurses on this ward are absolutely rude. There is only a few that have time for relatives of patients.   In these uncertain times it's hard for patients and their families.
