I’ve visited the urgent care centre today as my daughter is poorly.. the reception was so rude and asked the male nurse what to “do with us” the nurse advised her to book us in. She then started huffing and looking very unimpressed . We’ve been here a few times and have always had a very good service. The nurses are lovely especially the senior nurse we saw today. The lady on reception needs to learn how to have better people skills.
