I had a scheduled MRI scan during which the staff were kind and encouraged me to relax. On finishing the scan, I was asked about a CT I was due to have at St Cross on this forthcoming Monday. Rather than having to go to another appointment further from where I live, they arranged for me to have it after the MRI. They joked it would save parking money! The CT was then done straight away. The staff were very accommodating and despite the pressure they are under, their priority was the patient at all times. Indeed, I passed my thanks on as I left the department.

So... all done in one visit by an efficient, friendly and considerate team.
