"Worst GP surgery "

Can never get an appointment, when you do get through all appointments gone so told ring the next day at 8am. Queues on phone normally long up to 13th in them. Reception not helpful at all and not sympathetic. I have tried for over a week to get an appointment as suffering with severe depression. Got one telephone appointment but missed it, doctor did not ring back even though the notes should say I’m depressed and am seeking help urgently. Even when it’s not a pandemic it’s very difficult to get an appointment. When I had my baby it was over 10 weeks until I saw a nurse for our 6 week check up. Everyone else I have spoken to that has the same surgery all have the same problems. All I want is to speak to a Dr so I can get help. Would not recommend this surgery hopefully I can register somewhere else.
