"If Heineken made hospitals ?"

I was admitted through the NHS for some minor surgery on my elbow . From the moment I entered the hospital I was made to feel welcome . The staff were friendly , efficient , patient and kind. The surgeon , anaesthetist and theatre staff were fun and jovial , making me feel totally at ease. I woke up after my operation, comfortable and relaxed. I was offered a lovely drink and a sandwich. After a couple of hours observation I was allowed to be collected. A very comfortable stress free experience . I would like to mention individuals but am not allowed to in this review but I'd like to take this opportunity to thank all of the staff I interacted with.Overall and excellent experience, thank you
