Unfortunately I have had a bad experience for the first time in years with this surgery I wont name the doctor or any staff I made a call to this surgery in January they refured me to the hospital for a scan I waited just over 2 weeks for this referral to the hospital I called the hospital to check if it had been done a d they had no record of me being referred so after yoyoing between surgery and hospital I found they had not done the referral so I got on to them to do so I eventually went for my scan in February I waited 3 days after the scan I had heard nothing from the doctors at this point I call them the receptionist was helpfull but I was still in the dark as nobody had told me how to manage my injury all I got told that I had been referred I then waited 6 weeks gone by so I call the doctors and wait for them to call back they have called back today and I'm not impressed with the attitude of the doctor towards me he was arrogant and spoke to me like a child I asked him to tell me how to handle my condition before my operation and all I got was being spoken to like a child and told the nhs is in the middle of a pandemic I felt really uncomfortable with his attitude towards me . In the end I put the phone down in disgust and felt worthless I have never been made to feel like that before he made me feel like the pandemic was my fault but at the end of it I had no answer to how to manage my injury before my operation not all doctors am like this and I have the upmost respect for how the Dudley group of hospitals have handled the pandemic under lots of pressure I think this doctor needs a break to reflect on his attitude
