(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I was referred to Kat at the Primary Care Occupational Therapy Team by my Doctor. Due to the current Covid restrictions I never met Kat but we spoke every 2nd Friday on the telephone.

Kat was very helpful and provided me with leaflets/booklets and breathing exercises to help me sleep. Although my sleeping has not majorly improved due to surrounding noise and a busy street, I still use the sleeping exercises that Kat provided as a referral point. On the other plus side Kat provided me with daily exercises for my legs due to my Arthritis and I now go for daily walks thanks to the service received from Kat.

I found the service provided by Kat was very good and the tips that Kat had given to me were very useful and again a tool that I can continue to use.

I am pleased to read that you have found the service beneficial and feel you have gained tools you can continue to utilise. Its lovely to hear you are managing to get out walking daily, and are finding the breathing exercises useful.
