"Rude receptionist"

I telephoned to seek a GP referral to a pain consultant - due to chronic back pains for several years. The receptionist would't even entertain giving me and appointment. The receptionist looked at my records, told me I have a physiotherapy appointment and that the physiotherapist can refer me. The receptionist talked over me and refused to listen to my concerns. Totally unacceptable.
