"Not welcoming at all "

I came in March to ask how to become a patient at this gp practice, the way the receptionist was talking to me was beyond upsetting. They make me feel so little and upset the aggressive tone they was talking to me in.

The other lady at the receptionist was laughing at me along side her colleague. My English is understand and I simply wanted to cry and walk out, their attitude was appalling. There was no hand gel at the front and i said to the lady the hand gel has ran out she simply looked at me and ignored me, they clearly dont care about covid 19 at all.

I walked home and was upset to my mother never felt so humiliated before

I wished i never walked into that surgery to inquire about being a patient here.
