I felt that this was the  worst and most unprofessional practice I’ve ever been to in my life. The doctor I met was extremely rude and they also wasted my time today. I just know I want to deal with someone else as the doctor was extremely rude and, I felt, unfair and I will not be taking the disrespect especially with my health conditions.

The doctor was supposed to do a referral for me last year twice and didn’t, the same thing happened again yesterday. I have the referral printed off in front of me from the hospital that they said they sent to the doctor in my GP, the doctor said they didn’t receive it again and was asking me what I want to do when they are supposed to know, as that’s their job. Also in the referral printed off they put unnecessary stuff that has nothing to do with my X-ray which I’m very much offended by and I would want to change practices as well as doctors after all my appointments because of this.

I have been in severe pain for the past four days I called the practice today at 8am they said the dr was going to call me at 10 as it was an emergency I called again as the pain got worse they said the previous collegue got the wrong time it’s 12 I called again at 1, they now told it's at 2. This is unprofessional as I’m in extreme pain, I feel they’re always messing me about and up till now they’re supposed to give me my medication it’s been four months they said they’re changing it and haven’t given it to me. Always saying they will call back.

When the dr called they weren’t making much sense to me and I felt had an attitude, by then I was frustrated. Was asking me what to do, I don't think they should be asking me what test and they should know this information. After the phone call told me they didn’t see the referral from urgent care or A&E, whereas I had a copy of what A&E sent over this morning as they printed it for me as this is always the GPs excuse, and yet my problem is still not solved. There seems to be little care about my health. I explained what the doctor had told me in A&E to the rude staff member that called my phone from the GP, I explained I need a referral from my GP for an X-ray to A&E and to see a neurologist, and they now said I have to come and get it. Bearing in mind I can barely walk as it is and told me it would be ready by five knowing full well by the time I get there and back to the hospital on time as the X-ray department closes so now I can’t even get my X-ray done today anymore. On top of that they wrote more unnecessary comments in a report for Queen Elizabeth when he was supposed to write a referral I will attach everything here I don’t understand why they have put as active problems that I was suicidal in 2019, that it has traumatised me as has taken me back to a personal situation I have going on. Why would they put this on here. They also haven’t even put that they gave me sodium valproate last year here which makes no sense but now put a different medication which they haven’t ever given me. This is all unprofessional in my view.

We are very sorry to hear about the issues you have had with your health care. It's not clear whether your main issue is with your GP or with Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH).
