The Sunnybank medical centre have a hugely frustrating appointment process which can take up to half an hour to answrr only to be told that "there are no appointments left today and you will have to ring back (and go through the same delays and repetative messages) tomorrow, probably only to be told " we have no app.... and so it goes on. We try and go through the Affinity,nhs website and again waste over 20 minutes writing a detailed description of the problem and including two good photographs, only to be told again that we STILL need to make an appointment. We are going round in circles chasing a problem which was seen 15 months ago and we were told would be dealt with by April - LAST APRIL! God give me strength. All the details are with YOU (including photos and the original doctors notes (if she took any). The only request we made was that the operation/procedure on Saipin's wrist was undertaken at a clinic or local hospital and NOT Sunnybank (as you might have guessed we are not their biggest fans).
