Direct feedback from patient - Patient doesn't have computer facilities therefore called the health centre to give feedback:

I am so absolutely happy with the service - top class. I feel very reassured and enlightened once I had spoken to the Heart Failure nurse and received my results of examination.

I dont think you could improve on anything!
