We have tried to arrange for my mother in law to be assessed for an ongoing issue.
We were asked to provide images, which were provided and a prescription was sent to the chemist. For a local cream, which we received an apology for as it was the wrong item. The second item she was allergic to, as detailed in her medical history! Upon seeing her last night her problem is ongoing. Decided to resend new images, and received a terse email via return to ask the patient to call. Tried calling every few minutes since receipt of email at 9:02 it is now 12:05.
This unwillingness to respond in a manner that I and most would associate with a caring profession is extremely distressing.
