Over the pandemic I developed some severe acne and had the added pressure of an upcoming wedding. The GP really took the time to explain ALL my options relative to my timeline. I would book in regular appointments to discuss my progress. I am so happy to say my acne is completely gone and I am now working on improving some scarring. I am over the moon with the progress we made in such a short amount of time (4 months!!) and am so grateful for the time that was put into my consultations considering how busy clinics are at the moment during the pandemic and that everything had to be done remotely.
I have been a patient at LHC for the majority of my life and have never been able to fault the service received. All the staff are very friendly and happy to help. All the GP’s I have dealt with have taken the time to talk me through my options on multiple occasions. I think it’s important to note that last year I moved to another area and have more local GP practices available to me but have chosen to stay on at LHC and I am so happy I did.
