About: North Devon District Hospital / Covid Vaccination Programme

(as a service user),

Today there was a 50 minute wait for the vaccination but acceptable in the circumstances.

I have used the services at NDDH several times in the last 10 or so years and on the whole have been VERY satisfied. Today, in particular, everybody has been very friendly and cheerful.

To me the NHS is our most valuable asset.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you had a long wait. We have now put an extra vaccination station in place to help us to reduce waiting times when we are busy. We appreciate your patience.
