"Friendly team"

I recently had to undergo an MRI to see whether my cancer had spread. Arriving at the dept, I was greeted by a friendly team who were calm and reassuring, answered all my inane questions and really put me at my ease. Throughout the process there was always someone there to chat to me ( covid observant of course).Afterwards, one of the staff walked me out and explained about receiving my results and how long it would be,
