A now retired Dr from Wivenhoe Surgery reacted very quickly when I had a heart scare. I saw the Dr on the Tuesday and had angioplasty on the Thursday. I didn't know it but could have died at any time. I meet them occasionally ony exercise walk and am extremely grateful for their swift reaction. Since then I have found the staff at all levels are excellent. I find Patient Access extremely useful for contact and prescription repeats. Keep up the good work team!

Thank you for your comments. We continue to strive to provide a professional and responsive health care service for all of our patients.
During the last 12 months we have had to adapt our ways of working to ensure that patients can access healthcare services whilst ensuring visitors and staff remain safe. The patient access on line system is an excellent method of communicating prescription requests to the surgery.
