Excellent service. The staff are very attentive and care for all your needs. I think this environment is excellent- it takes everything into consideration, the lighting, the temperature, the staff attitude including the health care assistants right up to the lead nurses. They’re very workable. The food is good - excellent. I can’t eat a lot in here because the eating times are quite different to what I’m used to at home but you can’t say that it’s bad. I’ve had no problems being able to contact home in fact they offered me one of those video calls however my wife wouldn’t have a device but it was a nice gesture. Absolutely great rehabilitation therapy, I couldn’t fault it. I can’t think of anything that could be improved as everything runs like a well oiled wheel.

Hello, my name is Lauren Henry. I am an Assistant Clinical Services Manager at Whiteabbey Nightingale.

I am truly delighted to hear your story of your experience in Whiteabbey Nightingale. I feel this is so important for the team to hear, we are working so hard behind the scenes to make this a great service for patients. This is motivating and encouraging for the entire team from nurses. therapists, social workers, admin support and support services. I will share with them.
